We operate directly out of our physical store and fulfillment hub at 22 Mitcham St, Truganina VIC 3029, Australia.

• Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST (Monday to Friday, excluding VIC public holidays) are packed and dispatched on the same day.
• Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend dispatch on Monday morning.

2. Delivery Rates & Estimated Timelines across Australia

We partner with Australia Post and express courier services to ensure fast delivery across Victoria, NSW, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, NT, and ACT:

• Standard Postal Shipping: AU$9.95 flat rate (Delivered in 2–5 business days). FREE for orders over AU$250!
• Express Shipping: AU$14.95 flat rate (Delivered in 1–3 business days to metro capital cities).
• Local Western Suburbs Priority Handling: Fast handling for orders delivered in Truganina, Tarneit, Caroline Springs, Williams Landing, and Point Cook.

4. Order Tracking & Notifications

As soon as your shipment is packed and scanned into the postal network, you will receive an automated email containing your unique Australia Post tracking number and status link. You can track your package 24/7 directly from your phone.

5. Adult Age Verification at Delivery (18+ Requirement)

In accordance with Australian Therapeutic Goods (TGA) legislation and state tobacco regulations, all deliveries containing vaping equipment require an adult signature upon delivery (18+). Couriers may request valid photo ID if the recipient appears under legal age.

6. Incorrect Address & Redirection Policy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Aussie Vape Vault is not responsible for delays or non-deliveries caused by incorrect address entries. If a parcel is returned to our Truganina store due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees will apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Parcels

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or is delayed by Australia Post, please contact our support team immediately at contact@aussievapevault.com or call 0468228944. We will initiate an inquiry with the carrier and resolve the issue in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
